The short version: this is currently a simple informational website. We don't run advertising trackers, third-party analytics or online customer accounts. We use an essential Cloudflare security cookie, and we respond to information you choose to send us by email.
1. Who operates this website?
Techesque is an independent IT support service preparing to launch. For questions about personal information handled through this website, or to exercise a data protection right, please email hello@techesque.net. Techesque is the contact for the website's personal-data handling.
2. What information do we handle?
- When you browse: our website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, date and time. This helps deliver pages and protect the site from misuse.
- When you email us: we receive the email address, name (if provided), message and any details you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, banking details or other sensitive information in an ordinary email.
There are currently no public booking forms, payment forms, customer accounts or newsletter sign-ups on this website.
3. Why do we use that information?
- To operate the website and protect it against automated abuse and security threats.
- To read and respond to enquiries or requests for information.
- To discuss potential services if you ask us to do so, and comply with any applicable legal requirements.
Depending on the activity, the relevant UK GDPR lawful basis may be our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or a legal obligation. We do not use your enquiry details to send unsolicited marketing messages.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site's security infrastructure currently sets the following cookie:

This security cookie may be set by the hosting platform when you visit our site. We do not currently set advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and the article category filter does not save data to your browser.
We treat this security cookie as strictly necessary for the operation and protection of the website, rather than requesting optional tracking consent. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this notice and introduce consent controls where required.
5. Fonts and external websites
The fonts used to display this website are hosted directly with our website files. Your browser does not need to request them from Google Fonts. We may link to external websites in our technical guides; those websites have their own privacy and cookie practices when you choose to visit them.
6. Who provides our technology?
The website uses a managed hosting and security platform, including Cloudflare infrastructure. If you email us, the mailbox at hello@techesque.net uses Apple's iCloud email hosting. Those providers process information to deliver their services and may operate infrastructure outside the UK; applicable international-transfer protections and provider arrangements need to be maintained by the website operator.
We do not sell personal information.
7. How long do we keep information?
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on a requested service, resolve an issue or meet a legal obligation. Security records and cookies are handled according to the hosting provider's operational retention arrangements. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain uses, and request data portability. To ask about your information, contact hello@techesque.net.

This notice reflects the current coming-soon website and public knowledge hub. It will be reviewed before the full booking service launches or when we add new features, integrations or ways to collect customer information.
